Q: How long until my Building Permit and Development permits get released?

Q: When can I get in for a Pre-app meeting for a major DP?
A: Meetings will now be offered every Wednesday on a first-come, first-served basis. Meetings are 50 minutes long and provide an opportunity to meet with a team of City staff from different departments to review and discuss your proposal, identify any issues and assist in submitting a complete development permit. Q: What is the difference in terms of applications for discretionary use and permitted use, and what do I need to be aware of?
A: Discretionary use requires public notification of 21 days in addition to the normal timelines required for a development permit. If you require zoning assistance please feel free to reach out to us.
